My room supposed to include breakfast as per the booking confirmation, but due to unknown reason, it was told by the front desk officer the booking was not including breakfast. According to my boss, the front desk officer was not friendly and helpful to help him to sort out the problem.

I have stayed at this hotel many times during my last 15 trips to HCMC. THis is the best hotel for me in terms of location and price. Every major attraction is within walking distance. There are 5 halal restaurants on Dong Du St fronting the hotel. It's very convenient

The location of the hotel is excellent. Right in the middle of the town and within walking distance to many places of interests, shopping and restaurants. Service in above average but the breakfast is not. The streets around the hotel is busy, brightly lit and safe. It is also directly opposite Sheraton Hotel and many 4 and 5 stars hotels are within 5 mins walk. Highly recommended for first time visitor.
