Bolzano Hotel Milan Guest Reviews
Pro's - Great location - very handy for Central Station... Con's - Where do I start? The room certainly wasn't dirty but light fittings were hanging off, bathroom light didn't work and the ceiling fan looked like it was about to fall off. I personally would not stay here again but the location did serve as a good base for our 4 days in Milan, most shops are within a 20-30min walk or there are frequent trams. So if you're not planning on spending too much time in your room then this is great but there are loads other hotels in the area which have the same locational benefits without the drawbacks.

The Bolzano is listed as a three star Hotel but seemed to us like only the next step up from a hostel. The double bedroom was small and cheaply decorated. The double bed itself was also small and very uncomfortable. The room had a private bathroom but the shower was very weak and the temperature hard to control. One other thing, the hotel did not have an iron for use.

I think this hotel is stuck in the 80s. The furniture and facilities are really far from three star classification; I found a used chewing gum in the ashtray, dangerously looking electric switch and long dark hair everywhere on the bed. On the other hand, the receptionist was very nice, did few things for me which he wasn't paid for and the location of the hotel also can't be better - 3 minutes from the Central Station !

bath was very small. cannot any body wash easily. no water for drinking in room.

Clean and nice hotel, close to the railway station. If you only want a place to stay, it's a good choice.
