Hotel well placed for shops and restaurants. About 10 minutes walk to the Leaning Tower. Fives minutes walk to the train station. Great value for money and very comfortable!

Modern, clean room. Staff friendly except on check out which could have been more professionally handled. Breakfast simple but good and more than sufficient to set you up for the day. Within 15 minutes walk of all main city tourist attractions.

The hotel is in a good position, just a little hard to find. If driving parking is in the hotel courtyard. The room was large and comfortable. Tea and coffee in your room. Only CNN and BBC on the TV but that seems to be the same all over Italy. Just a short walk to leaning tower of Pisa and other sites. Breakfast was good.

We had booked this hotel because we would like to spend a night in the charming old part of Pisa - in a nice and quiet hotel. When we arrived late at night from the airport we were told that there due to "maintenance" was no room! The clerk then put us in a taxi that brought to another hotel 15 minutes away, near major traffic junctures. A real disappointment!

Overall, excellent. Would definately recommend this hotel. Excellent value for the money. Parking was onsite and cheap (10 euros). Breakfast was great and they had a great evening selection of local breads, cheezes, prepared meats, fruits, etc.
