rooms smelly of cigarettes even though we booked a non smoking room, when asked for transfer to another room got one with strong smell of sewerage. Taps and showers are dodgy...Reception staff is USELESS of no help at all, no English at all. AN AWFUL PLACE TO BE.... inside building is dodgy atmosphere....enough to spoil our whole holidays...

I have booked for 4 days 4 rooms with my family with the hotel , the check in was fine. room condition -1st floor - no window and there is foul smell in the room the bedsheet was not change throughout the 4 days stay. My tea cup was not wash untill the 3rd day - the stain of my coffee already dry up in the cup , I informed the reception -no action taken The 3rd day it was not clean again , I get the chambermaid in the monring to clean and provide new cup. except the rate is cheap , Not recommended.

Been our first time in Asia and Beijing we were a little nerves and even thou staff hardly speaks any English they are very friendly and helpful, all you need is to be a little patient, you have all that you need Internet, TV, AA etc .... Now as this is has a great downtown... LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!! plus VALUE!! So I will be back :))))

Not good speaking English at the front desk operators but we could manage they provided city map instructed us to wherever we want to go and they are very helpful. Hotel location is convenient to get bus, subways.
