the location of the hotel is good, near to the beaches and not too far from both airport of tenerife. the reception crew was helpful all time. the breakfast and the diner was average, but anybody can use from the several offer of the buffet.

I stayed for 4 nights with my wife and we could not fault the hotel. The rooms were enormous and everything was clean and tidy. It must rate as the best value hotel I have ever stayed at - ANYWHERE! If I go back to Tenerife I will definately stay here.

This hotel is rated as 4-star, but definitely isn't up to this standard. When we finally received a fridge to fill the space intended for it, the inside was rust-stained and had no shelves. My husband and I had only a quick shower each night (as we are accustomed to living with water restrictions at home), but there was never enough hot water for the second shower. However, the staff are friendly, our stay was pleasant and the breakfast was good.
