Comfortable, clean and close to everything. Very good service, helpful reception staff. I didn't have with me post code number to a place in Australia where i wanted to send postcard. Blue Peaks reception staff googled it form me with no fuss. Wheris at Mt Cook Hermitage Hotel, they would not do it form me, because their managment do not provide them with world wide access to internet. BP won me on that!

Great location, with a 5min walk to the heart of Queenstown! Facilities and services were fairly standard but was nothing wrong with them. Decent value all in all.

Not a bad little place, it could possibly do with being freshened up a bit, but was clean and convenient with decent facilities, very convenient for the town but a good uphill walk on the return home, not suitable for elderly or infirm.
