Blooms Hotel Dublin
5 out of 5

Location brilliant , however if your looking for a quiet weekend best pick a different hotel as can be noisy through the night but as we were there for the night life we'll of been one of those making the noise lol Great staff nothing to much trouble Clean rooms how ever can be cold at times. 'the vat' pub attached to hotel has lovely atmosphere and open very late 5am

The hotel is centrally located - but this means it can be noisy outside at times. Clean. Very sparse - no frills - not even a kettle! They demanded to take a swipe of my credit card even though the room was prepaid and I wasn't going to use any facilites. Not good.

The rooms are small. Very good location. Noisy but what do you expect when you are in the party area and above clubs. The staff were very helpful.

Great as a base if you want to be in the centre of things - no good if you're looking for a peaceful holiday and want to spend time using the hotel facilities for relaxation. Book a 5* outside the city centre if that's the case. If you want somewhere clean, with adequate facilities and a good breakfast, convenient for sightseeing, shopping and nightlife, Blooms is perfect.

The hotel is in a perfect location if you want to be at the heart of activities. Could not fault that. The reception area/bar/dining room were great, clean. Fabulous atmosphere in bar. Staff very helpful. My only complaint is that the rooms are VERY basic. No tea/coffee making facilities which would have been nice. The room was a bit small and dingy. Very dated. Could do with an overhaul/new bathrooms/lick of paint. Although we were very disappointed with the room the rest of the hotel was good. Would use hotel again but would like it if the rooms were refurbished.

Brilliant hotel, only two points, 1 the rooms on the floor directly above us were being refurbished and the workmen started banging and sawing at 7 in the morning! 2 would have been nice to have tea and coffee in the rooms. Other than that great hotel.

Blooms Hotel is in an excellent position for the nightlife and access to tourist attractions, however; the hotel is currently under refurbishment, once this is complete Blooms Hotel will be an excellent place to stay

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in. The room was awful! It is an old hotel and I think it is priced high simply because of the location. If you are just looking for a place that is in the center of everything and only to shower and sleep this is a good hotel for you. The VAT room was a fun hang out.
