"Disabled parking bays all full on 29/11/08 at 1900 (hotel function on) Not one of the cars was displaying a blue badge and this caused considerable problems for myself being disabled. Speed ramps on hotel drive far too high, nearly every car 'grounded' on passing. Hotel itself adequate, staff pleasant. Breakfast recommended."

"I needed a nice hotel to stay for a business trip. Finding the Great Barr Hotel at such a reasonable price. I was not disappointed. The room was adequate, the staff very helpful and the breakfast excellent. My only less positive comments would be that in this day and age the hotel ought to provide free WIFI and the decor is down market, but these are quite superficial. I will certainly return in the future."
