Bewleys Hotel Manchester Airport
5 out of 5

We were flying out early from Manchester so decided to stay nearby the night before - I'm glad we chose Bewley's. The hotel was easy to find even though we had never been to this airport before. Parking was right out the front and check in was a fast, simple process; as it should be. The room was well appointed and room service was excellent. I would stay hear again in a heartbeat.

Nice 1 night short stay for early rise flight. Did not have breakfast as not included with our price but room was good, clean and suitable for the 1 night. Bar area very busy but food was quick and tasty. We had a peaceful nights sleeps which helps 2. You can walk to T1 but as it was raining we took the free hotel bus which was 5 mins away.(perfect).

Nice staff, comfy bed and very good location. Hotel was a 10 minute walk from the airport and 5 minutes from the train station. Late train service/early bus service to/from station, try avoid expensive taxis from City Centre.

A useful Airport Hotel. Very near to terminals with a good shuttle service. Rooms large and comfortable and the food is average . The staff were helpful most ofthe time but did not inform us that we had to pre book the shuttle for the reurn journey.

hotel was good for one night stay after travelling down from scotland for early morning flight. Restaurant was good but pricey for food and drinks, but with a cap0tive audience didn't expect any less.

More than adequate for a comfortable one night stay before catching a plane form Manchester airport. Shuttle bus provision well organised and a definite bonus.

We stayed at this Hotel as we went to see a concert at Heaton Park and picked this hotel as it was the cheapest (£63) in Manchester at the time. Overall first impressions on checking in was that it seemed like a "luxury" hotel. How wrong I was. The room appeared dated, old style TV, yellow net curtains. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Bed was squeeky and not that comfy as I woke up with backache and i'm only 26. The room layout and standard of the hotel is very similar to Travelodge or Premier Inn. All in all you get what you pay for and if you needing a bed just for one night only then fine. Otherwise pay slightly more and go to the Hilton over the road

The rooms had everything you might want. We had 2 rooms and our friends said there was a funny almost damp smell in theirs. The breakfast was well presented and hot unlike most hotel buffet meals. Would use again.

Spent 9 days at this hotel - not because I love planes (!) but because the hotel is clean, well-built and near a train station and the motorways. It does Ok food and has a bar - and the rooms are quiet. Recommended.

Excellent shuttle service response to airport - very welcome after a long flight from Auckland, and nice to be so close to the airport and railway station. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful with train information next day, the room was clean and comfortable, and restaurant pleasant with prices reasonable. I would happily stay there again.

Having booked a budget price, we were cautiously hopeful about anything half decent. Upon a very late arrival from a long day of travelling the staff were extremely welcoming, efficient and professional. Having booked a family room we thought we would have a sofa bed and a double bed. To our utter joy we found a luxourious room with 2 double beds, full bathroom (none of that 'no toiletries' nonsense!) and as much comfort(or more - eek!) as home! Our stay for 4 days/3 nights was, quite simply, perfect. A combination of the surroundings and the staff made this possible. Our family room was really spacious and extremely comfortable. The restaurant bar was perfect for our family requirements of snacks, lunch, dinner(unfortunately we didn't make breakfast but would have loved to except for the comfort of the beds!). The parking made it so very simple to explore the area of Greater Manchester. The proximity to the airport was deceptive in that we never once heard an airplane yet could see terminal 2 from our window. But ultimately it was the staff that made this hotel proud to be part of the Bewleys group. From the reception staff to the bar staff to the room attendants, this hotel is amazingly run. Despite it being one of the biggest nights of the year, New Years Eve/Day, the staff were externely friendly and hospitable; a credit to you! I hope to be able to check in again on our next visit to Manchester and on the back of this would have no hesitation in booking into any Bewleys/Moran hotel. I only hope they can live up to the high standard set by manchester! Thank you so very much for making our New Year's trip so very enjoyable. From a very happy family from Dublin.x;)

I stayed here for one night for a transit. I flew into Manchester from Munich at 11 pm. Upon arrival, I called the hotel using the free phone in the arrival hall. The shuttle came within about 10 mins. The hotel staff is nice and friendly, and helped me arrange the morning shuttle to the airport for the next day. The room is somewhat clean, but a little too old for me. The furniture looks outdated and can use some renovation. However, I think it's a good value for money.

NIce hotel in perfect location the only negative was the whole ground floor lobby/brasserie and bar are open plan, it was freezing as there is no seperation or heat protection from the main entrance door. We ate dinner as quickly as possible and went to bed early to get warm, would normaly enjoy a few drinks in the bar but this wasnt pleasurable.

Had a great experience with Bewley's. Perfect for those short stays before jeting off on holiday. Tranfers to and from Terminals and Stations as well. If I'm ever this away again it will be my first choice.
