Excellent location. Extremely helpful staff. However, breakfast needs a bit of improvement, by prividing the following items: 1/ Fresh coffee instead of a sachet of instant coffee and a tea bag. 2/ Butter Otherwise very good value for money

This hotel is good value. It's located just nearby the Rafik Hariri statue and the Corniche. You can walk to the central city in 15 minutes. The rooms are nice and clean, you even have a balcony. There is aircon and a fine bathroom. You get a very uninspiring breakfast (tea and white bread) in the price, and the room won't be made every day- but this is minor issues. With the breakfast you can just go to a cafe if you do not like the hotels food. Overall this is a very nice hotel.

The Beverly Residence Hotel Beirut is well situated near the sea side Corniche in Beirut in Ain Al-Mraise, opposite Lebanon's most prestegous hotel. One of the greatest assets of this hotel is the staff which are very genuinely friendly and helpful.
