Beverly Plaza Hotel Macau

At check in, there was 1 other customer at the counter, but 8 staffs behind the counter. No one acknowledged me until 30 seconds after. They're busy chatting. The bed was uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in your back. The room's out dated & needs upkeeping. At checkout, another customer besides myself was waiting about 30 minutes for housekeeping to check our rooms. Totally unsatisfied...especially when I am paying over US$200 for 1 night. I should be paid to stay there instead.

Have stayed at this hotel for my last four visits to Macau, the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, rooms were adequate in comfort, cleanliness and roomy, just that the extra bed provided was not of similar grade and quality for the triple room charged. Kindly ensure future bookings indicate this to avoid unnecessary hassle and discomfort.

Miserable ! If I had been able to afford to move I would have done. Staff hopeless and helpless except for one young lady from the sales team - who shouldnt really have been sorting my problems out. Shower head swung left or right the minute you put water pressure on it which made it difficult to have a comfortable shower and also flooded the bathroom. Despite a request to have it looked at while I was out - 5 hours later nothing had been done and all I got was a shrug of the shoulders. Bed like a rock and I came out of there with a bad back. The best they could offer was laying a couple of quilts on top of the mattress which did no good at all as the bed was still hard underneath. I asked about booking a taxi in advance for the morning I was leaving and was told "they dont do that service and I was to stand outside and ""Wave my hand" !!!!! Stay away !! wouldnt recommend this one to my worst enemy.

Decent hotel stay, with clean room, decent space for the room. However wifi only available in lobby, and the receptionist is not friendly at all. The staff need to be trained if looking into quality service. However, overall its still a decent stay with affordable budget.

Overall not a bad experience to stay, however, the price is slightly higher than the value we perceive.

It is within walking distance from the Praca de Ferreira do Amaral Bus Terminus opposite Hotel Lisboa. That makes it very convenient to travel to attractions in Macau City, Taipa, Cotai or Coloane. The food serve at the hotel was disappointing. We ordered food from the menu but we were told that the chef was off duty and they only served wanton noodles and fried rice. The noodles was just instant noodles with vegetables and dumplings. The fried rice was OK. It was hard to find food to eat in the area, unless you are willing to splurge at seafood restaurants or restaurants in the hotels nearby. The hotel provides free internet access but it is wired internet access. You need to have a laptop that takes an ethernet cable to use the internet. Wireless internet is not available. The room was very spacious. We requested for a double bed but they only had twin singles available. It was disappointing but we discovered that the single beds were big enough for two persons to share.

Located at a good location in Macau Peninsular. Just beside Grand Lisboa Hotel. Walking distance to Wynn's hotel to watch the musical fountain. And also 10-15 minutes senado square and St. Paul Cathedral

Clean, large enough for additional bed in the room. It is located just behind Grand Lisboa Hotel in Macau CBD.

overall a pleasant stay, only grouse we were given a room on the smoking floor despite requesting for a non smoking one. The room seems to be much smaller than the ones we stayed in last year despite being indicated as a deluxe room, perhaps we hv been short changed.

I am very happy with the room. It's clean and spacious. Much better than I have expected. Definitely will consider staying here again. The staffs do not pay much attention of their service to the guests though. Lacation is not bad, you can easily walk to sightseeing places by foot. One negative point will be that they did not prepare a big bed for a couple for me. Instead we have 2 beds combined together in the end. According to them, the booking did not request for a big bed. From what i think might be HotelClub's communication to the hotel. Not the 1st time this had happened.
