Bestotel City Centre Kuala Lumpur Guest Reviews
Although the location is a bit far from shops and not much eateries, but the service and the staff is great, especially the night shift technician who was on duty at my first night stay. All the security staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful too. They are really an asset of the hotel.

Had problems with opening the door on the 1st day as the key is unable to unlock the door. Room smell of cigarette. However if its just to crash for the night I think its ok.
