Lovely location, although some noise from the main road outside, this did not spoil a good night's sleep. The hotel offers free use of pool and has free internet connection, which is a nice touch.

The first room allocated to us was on the small side and rather dark. We asked for a room change which was helpfully accommodated and was much better. The hotel is a short walk to the main street restaurants and shops which was ideal. Betws-Y-Coed is a lovely town.
