Best Western The Inn At Buffalo Airport Guest Reviews
Location is good with friendly staff. Airport shuttle was on schedule even though it was at 3.45 am. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was not up to the mark. Washroom floors need a good scrub. The linen and towels need replacement.

US Airways cancelled the flight from Phoenix to Charlotte @ 8PM 11/02/11 so it was to late to cancel our room in Buffalo thus the reason for bad review

had a flight cancellation in phoenix on 11/02 flight #1546 and could not cancel the room reservation or use the room. just lost the $$$$. bill z

They are very helpful. The rooms are clean plus they have a decent continental breakfast. The van will take you to and from the airport starting at 3:30 am.
