Best Western Taipa Hotel Macau Guest Reviews
I was booked this hotel thru hotelclub in 2008, but 3 years later (2011) I booked it again. I don't know why the reception said the deluxe room is very small and I need to pay $100 more for bigger room with bigger beds. Finally I rejected and I found the room is standard!!! The twin bed is normal 1.2 Meter wide bed.... It makes us a little annoyed!

The hotel is old and not well maintained. Service staff is unfriendly and not helpful.

We stayed Friday night. Still can enjoy the free upgrade, though not guaranteed. Large beds. 10 minutes walk to Taipa old city. Old Facilities, but good service from breakfast waiter/reception/housekeeping. Large Mocha casino provide free water. Need to improve: no shuttle to Taipa ferry Terminal. Every hour has only one shuttle to go though Macau Terminal & Venetian. Hotel website should indicate the public bus number reaching it: AP1, 21A, 25, ...

1.Near Aiport, taxi fees only MOP 31 included 2 large luggage. 2.Beware of RUDE, IDIOT, UNFRIENDY Taxi driver when you take a take from Venetian back to hotel, they will show you their FVCK FACE when they heard you say you are going back to Best Western Hotel, 'cause the fees is only MOP13 from Venetian. SCREW THEM!!! 3.Nearby have a supermarket where you can get cheaper drinks and some snack.
