Best Western Suites Memphis Guest Reviews
To begin, picked up rental car around 11:30, went to the hotel to see about checking in early, the staff haven't started cleaning, fine. My sister, who also made reservation thru the same site, and was told during booking that she could check in early, when she got there, she was told that check out is 11:00, why would anyone tell you that you can check in early, We waited until the 2:00 pm check in, picked up our keys and headed back out to visit family in the area. Made it back around 9:00pm. While looking around the room I notice something behind the couch, pulled the couch from the wall, it was a pieces of garment (didn't touch it) press up against the wall as if it had being there for a while. When I called the front desk, she asked did I leave it there, since we checked in at two, we checked in and went to visit family in the area. Later, she gave the option to remove the garment or change room, I changed rooms, because who knows how long the garment was there and if the linens had been changed.

the hotel room was very nice we enjoyed staying there. It was right off the highway and access to lots of things to do. we had a great time in memphis

Just an overnight stay. Went to the Memphis Zoo. I had read the other reviews and was a little apprehensive about staying here, but was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the location convenient. I had no trouble at all. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. No problems here.
