Breakfast is very overpriced. It would be cheaper at a motorway service station. Quality is good but overpriced.

Very comfortable and quiet location, close to motorway and Stanstead but you would not be aware of it. There is a great traditional pub down the lane in Birchanger Village, friendly and good simple food!!

Good location near airport. Well facilitated. Friendly staff. Good size room and not noisy. One of the high standard Best Western hotel. Will come back.

Very helpful staff as I didn't have private transport helped to send some important mail for me without me having to leave the hotel. Great service.

The receptionist was very nice when I came at 1:00 am after a long flight. She arranged for a taxi early in the morning. It was a very nice experience. I'll stay there again.
