We enjoyed the newness of this property. Many other hotels in Manitou Springs are older, but are locally owned if you want that. Skip the skimpy breakfast - go to the Pancake House 1 block west for an excellent meal from a locally owned establishment.

we visited cave of the winds, garden of the gods and the cliff dwellings, all in a short drive. the hotel was clean comfortable and the price was graet.
