Best Western Savoy Hotel Duesseldorf Guest Reviews
Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Free wi-fi is a nice touch, although having to get a new code generated for you every 24 hours is a minor inconvenience. Very warm default temperature in the rooms, but this can be adjusted easily enough. Concierge very helpful on two occasions but I was disappointed at check-out when I was made to pay for my room (even though I'd already paid for it as part of a flights+hotel deal). I queried this but was told abruptly that I hadn't paid. Only once I'd found proof of my original payment was the second payment refunded. I was thankful for that but the lack of an apology grated. Overall, though, a good hotel with decent facilities (the single bed wasn't the most spacious or comfortable, but it was adequate) in a good part of town.
