Best Western Roehampton Hotel & Suites Toronto Guest Reviews
Totally disappointed in the attitude of the staff at this hotel because of the fact that we had booked through Orbitz. Gave us a smoking room when we specifically requested a non smoking room. They were unwilling to accomodate us because we had not booked directly with them. Hotel charged 14.00 per night for parking and offered valet parking only although our car ended up parked 20 feet from the entrance. Hotel charging patrons 8.00 for continental breakfast . Coffee considered a continental breakfast. Location is not central to the downtown area but price reflected a central location.

The hotel was great but the extra fee for the valet parking was kinda silly since we had to go and get our own car.

Excellent Hotel Very friendly staff one thing only against this establishment as two non smokers our room smelled of stale cigarettes.
