the location was right in the heart of the cbd.everything is infront the hotel doorsteps.great venues for restaurants,cafes,shopping,parks,wharfs,cinemas,very accessible to all the must see tourist spots in downtown Auckland.Great value for money too!!!

Excellent value and superb central location. Large countdown supermarket now open next door which is fabulous. Room was good sized, we booked a family 2 bed apartment with the separate lounge. Windows are only single glazed and being a central location noise was heard outside all night, view of sky tower was great though and ear plugs work well! Safe didn't work and dryer broke, but staff on duty dried the washing for us no problem at all. Room well equipped, but take a mug if you like a decent size cuppa !

Although in the middle of the city adjacent to the Queen Street shops, our room was spacious and peaceful.The Desk Receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. The Breakfasts were excellent and the staff there very pleasant indeed.We should have washed our own dishes, but the Room Cleaner diid them for us three days in a row !

Great central location, close to all the city action, restaurants, etc. Huge room, with a luxurious king size bed. Very helpful reception staff. Great way to finish off a relaxing week in the Bay of Islands before returning to Australia.
