The location is outstanding. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. There was a feeling of generosity that pervaded the whole experience - including the buffet breakfast. We had a wonderful view from our window and overall a pleasing stay at this hotel.

Phew I should have known better. Normally I dont stay with this brand but the word Premier hoodwinked me. The place is well located but the attitude, facilities leave a lot to be desired. Also the rooms facing onto the square are very noisy and dangerous in that they open wide. Not good for kids. The staff dont make the beds everyday either. Stay well clear. More Western than Premier!

Triple room was small with only camp bed for third person. Not what was expected. This was very dissapointing. This should be stated clearly in advertising. The dining room and bar were closed during the stay. Breakfast was excellent. Altough I would recommend that they provide tea pot for those availing of tea. Excellent location in the heart of Brussels in very close proximity to the Grand Place

Fresh coffee in the reception area was welcome. The room was not available untl 15h00 (as stated).
