Best Western Plus Sands By The Sea Hotel Vancouver Guest Reviews (22)
We went with a group of friends, booked 6 rooms altogether. Staffs at counter are very friendly and helpful. We stayed there 3 times within 2 weeks as we stayed in Vancouver first, then went up to the Rockies and back to Best Western Plus Sands. Second time the room on 3rd floor was not as nice as the 2nd floor. Some rooms have microwave but ours didn't. Coffee was not so good. But all in all we were quite happy.

Friendly, helpful staff, easy access by public transport to the airport, sights and shopping. Would definitely stay there again.

Spent three nights there which gave us the opportunity to see much of Vancouver. Hotel well placed for beach, Stanley Park and close to many restaurants. Ideal for tourists like ourselves.

This hotel was great! The location was excellent, walking distance from Stanley Park, a rental bike shop across the street. English Bay was across the street as well. If you are like me and love to walk everywhere mostly then the location is excellent, getting to the Skytrain or a bus is easy as well for those far away places. The hotel was comfortable, clean and the water is the best I've tasted in my life (thank Vancouver's government for that last one). The staff were friendly, there is a computer with internet access available as well. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience in this hotel. The staff was very helpful and gave us good advice in what to see and do in Vancouver. They were also friendly and polite. The hotel is centrally located and we were able to walk to Stanley Park and enjoy the views and activities there. We plan to stay in this hotel the next time we visit vancouver.
