My boyfriend came into town and I was trying to decide where would be a great place close to my house and this turned out to be better then expected. The staff are extra friendly , the rooms are super clean and other then the spanish lady trying to clean our room whille we were sleeping, everything was perfect.

I saw some reviews about this hotel and was concerned about some aspects mostly the area it was in. My concerns were dismissed as soon as I arrived. Fantastic staff, service and cleanliness. The room was just what we needed. Yes it is 15 mins walk to the subway, it is out of town abit and at an intersection of a busy road but that didn't bother us . There was no incidents of excess noise from traffic. You can get a pass for the subway/bus for day or week. Walk 2-3 mins up Mass Av and catch a 5 min bus to the orange line subway or walk 5-6 mins up Mass and catch thr silver line to down town. Even in the evening the area felt safe to us. The breakfast was very busy most days but again a lady called carol looked after us very well. We used the free shuttle bus a number of times and again the service was great. This appears to be a popular hotel and it also has free parking . If I was in town again I'd go back.

I stayed at this hotel with my 17 yo son. The room was fine, but the location was not, near truck deposits and two gas stations, just out of downtown Boston. Breakfast was free, so the parking, but the variety of the first and the size of the second were not sufficient (only the basics, and only 8 slots for cars. Carpets were worn and the whole building needs some maintenance. Staff on average.

Price is good. Location is not very close to the center of city, but they have shuttles to most of the places of interest. The people there are very friendly.
