The lighting was a little dark which was frustrating at times. Housekeeping didn't put washcloths in the bathroom when they cleaned it, but would come later and hand them to us. We were told at check-in that the room above us was unoccupied and that the hotel was not full, however, there was a lot of noise above us every morning which woke us up (sounded like children running and jumping). The room was a little small. The staff was very nice, but we're not sure we would stay there again.

Hotel is aging but room was excellent, clean, beds were very comfortable. they give you 6 pillows, i loved it! could have used a down comforter. It was chilly. Bathroom was well equiped but no lotion and the desert is dry. The complementary breakfast was excellent, cooked to order by a very accomodating chef. My husband ate two servings. Food was delicious especially the hash browns. Check in was easy and fast. We did not use the pool or the fitness room. Our only problem was traffic from the I10 to the hotel, slow with quite a few traffic lights. Not the hotel's fault. Excellent value for the money.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast, included with the room, was made to order and tasted great (eggs, hash browns sausage or bacon - you could also choose from pancakes and oatmeal, etc.). Much better than the usual continental breakfasts (cereal and toast) offered at other hotels. This made a great start to each of our mornings and helped a lot with the budget.. The hotel is located near The Living Desert (botanical garden and zoo), which I recommend you see while staying in Palm Desert.

every thing was above average for the price. one day we were only in our room for 30 min. between the hours from 10am till 10 pm. they didnt clean the room.Ive stayed at about 50 hotels in the last 20 years and have never came back at night to a dirty room.if your gonna screw something up, thats not it. thats one of the best things about staying in hotels. at the end of a tiring day, you come back to a clean room. called the desk for clean towels. girl at desk brought them to us very quickly. she was apologetic. i handed her our trashcans to empty and she was startled to find out she was asked to empty them.she emptyed them promply and i felt bad.when one stays in a hotel thers usually fast food remnants in the trash from the night before. i dont want to smell it 24 hours later. no more staying at this hotel chain. give the girl at the desk a raise. fire any cleaning woman that doesant no how to navigate a checklist

A couple of tennis courts and a tiny pool do not a resort make. This is a motel - period. The cooked-to-order breakfast is a nice touch, and the staff was very good. Other than that, there's little to distinguish it from any other motel.
