I had stayed here before and seeing that it had been remodeled was nice. Its close to the Landing so we walked down on Black Friday . They had a nice breakfast and my children enjoyed the in door pool which was open 24X7. So I give this a thumbs up.

The first hotel room we were given smelled like a wet dog. Apparently when you book thru CheapTickets/Orbitz, they automatically put you in a pet friendly room. They then offered to upgrade us to a suite, but I would have hardly called the upgraded room a suite. Overall left a bad taste in my mouth and will not book thru CheapTickets again, nor stay at a Best Western.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and the hotel was in decent repair. Everything worked as it should! Nice walking distance to the Landing... About 3 blocks. Parking was hard as the hotel is on a hill. Breakfast was usual fair...Everything was at correct temperature. Hotel was good for the room price. Be sure to see the Fire & Water display on the Landing. Hotel has the times for the display.
