Best Western Pentagon Hotel Reagan Airport Washington Guest Reviews
It was easy to get to the hotel from Reagan International Airport. Right off of I-395 at exit 7. They shuttle you to the Metro station Pentagon South from the hotel lobby and pick up on a regular basis. The breakfast is very good. Room was nice. It was a short drive to Arlington Cemetery, Lincoln Memorial, Tidal Basin--just 5 minutes. I will stay here again in the future.

The hotel is located close to Reagan Airport and has shuttle services to the Airport as well as the Metro. This is a big help for visitors having business in downtown area and looking for a cheaper lodging. The staff is helpful and cooperative. Rooms are comfortable with basic amenities. It is worth the money.

The overall stay was average. The only problem was there were several ants in the room. There was no food or food particles in the room so this was an unusual siting. Other than that the beds were comfortable and the staff was courteous.

Need to have more shuttle so visitors don't have to push each other just to catch the ride to train station for ride into DC. For the number of visitors staying at this hotel, surely management can afford to reduce the time visitor have to wait for the next shuttle.
