Best Western Pasadena Inn Guest Reviews
The waffle breakfast was great. Truly a buffet as they advertise. Only drawback was noise from other guests but that can be expected anywhere. Second night was much better.

The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I was there on family business and did not spend the day at the hotel itself. The key, which the staff promptly replaced, would not open on the first swipe. Even the replacement took from 3 - 10 swipes to open the door. Although the room had a sign on the door "No Smoking", a guest about 3 doors down would smoke outside their room, where I would pass to get to the stairs. I did smell a faint smoke odor in my room as well. The air conditioner did a good job of cooling down the window, but the "drape bubble" action prevented the room from getting cool enough. The room was quiet and the area seemed safe. The refrigerator was very nice and roomy. Other than the faint cigarette smoke, the room seemed clean. Breakfast consisted of waffles, cold cereal, and hard boiled eggs which were sometimes overcooked. Overall, no major complaints, but I will go elsewhere next time.

This hotel offered us a great taste of southern California. We had a room on first floor which opened up into a superb enclosed courtyard with fountains, flowers and even our own pation table outside our room. Hotel within walking distance of beach and Santa Barbara winery and many fine restaurants. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in for the price.
