My only complaint was that breakfast is a rip off. The items the offer for breakfast are: bread, pastries, hot drinks, fruit juice, yougrt, lunch meat ham and boiled eggs. The charge is 11 euros. We found it much cheaper to shop at the local Auchen grocery. When we had questions for the front desk they were very nice and full of information. Housekeeping was also nice. Unless you are coming in via the airport the hotel can be difficult to find... even with a GPS. Make sure that you print out maps/directions before you leave. You will want to bring a washcloth or body sponge. The hotel does not have them available. We asked for a washcloth and they gave us a disposable rag.
