Best Western Palace Hotel & Spa Inverness Guest Reviews
Hotel was nice, beds comfy. Noise minimal, just the usual 'old building' noises. Breakfast included was pretty good. Staff was a little (ok a lot) disorganized and breakfast lady a bit snarly (must be that balmy Scottish weather). But, if you can overlook the staff it was a great place to stay, location best in Inverness and highly recommended.

The bed was very very uncomfortable. The dinning room staff were totally unorganised. The booking had been mucked up. Over priced for what it was advertised as.

Ideally located for the city centre and all attractions, leisure centre is fabulous. Food is excellent but slightly in the expensive side. Room very clean and beds are very comfortable. 9 out of 10.

Very central location on the river, friendly staff. Was not sure what to expect from the "Best Western" chain but was pleasantly surprised!
