the hotel is located very close to everything, but for longer stays might be a bit too noisy. we were there for only one night and it was ok. the room was clean, but tiny, the staff nice and helpful. overall, good for shorter periods.

Excellent hotel and good price. The only drawback is the lack of parking space. They only have 6, first come, first serve.

Right in centre of Nice, a bit busy but good location. Facilities were as expected for this type of accomodation.
