Best Western New Seoul Hotel Guest Reviews
The hotel is a very basic hotel with few facilities. The decor on the 11th floor where we were staying was depressing and the room dark and overheated. The guest provisions were miserly. The price we paid through Hotel Club was significantly higher than the rates advertised rates in the hotel. Not good value. Would not stay there again.

The hotel is in a good location. Plenty of places to eat very close by. Huge Trendy shopping area / night market about 3 - 4 blocks away, easy walk. Train station 1 block. Hotel Breakfast was poor by western standards. We ate out every day after the first breakfast. Buffet was on the menu as a choice but was never available the whole week I was there. Rooms are a bit small and dark but clean and modern. Plasma screen TV. Staff friendly and helpful. Front desk were OK but lacked knowledge on where attractions were located. Ask for Black taxi to airport do not take the hotel car offered. Taxi takes credit card and was more comfortable and cheaper. I would stay here again. Location was very good. Easy and interesting walk to temples , gardens, shops etc

very dark and smoky room. I was expecting something more:) Recepcionist was not on his best mood during my check in.

Excellent choice for brief visit due central location , convenient facilities & nearby local and international cafes, bars & restaurants. Access to Airport Bus at nearby Koreanna Hotel close but difficult to reach, involved crossing very busy 6 lanes of traffic. Closest Public Bus approx. half a kilometre but no major road to negotiate.
