a smelly bathroom with mould. Smelly carpet, very poor service at the frontdesk, very poor language skills (not even standard Mandarin for some but only Shanghai dialect), unclean dining room, high internet charges (100RMB/Day...my monthly unlimited broadband subscribtion costs only 180RMB...) very low internet speed (15K download speed), Video on demand was not working, GREEN water, you have to wait five minutes to have some warm water and the presure is very low...Very poor hotel with very poor service

Nice hotel, with clean bright rooms. But a long distance from the Bund.

As a business traveler, I found business center to be extremely ineffective. I indicated same to hotel managers in comment card.

These are the few points that I note below from my stay in your hotel. Very central and convenient. Clean and comfortable rooms but there was a smell of cockroaches in the bathrooms. Softer feather pillows will be appreciate in the future. The staff should learn some English. Generally, however, a very satisfactory hotel and I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.
