Trip to Chicago and Suburb Pool was missing

We used it as a good place to come to after picking someone up at O'Hare prior to some shopping and museum visiting in downtown Chicago the next morning. The clerks were helpful in fixing up a slightly botched reservation.

We had an inexpensive rate at this Best Western, so it served our purposes. We were there as a family, exploring the area for a planned move in the next few months. The hotel is nothing special, the rooms are very small, but we spent most our time out of the room anyway, so it worked! We did notice a lack of attention to some detail in the room; our lampshades were falling apart, and there were multiple electrical plugs in one of the outlets (the others did not seem to work), which seemed less than safe. But the room is well appointed, nice furniture, clean beds, clean bathrooms.
