good hotel, close to airport we spend only one night will use the hotel again

We just had a one night layover at Gatwick and stayed at the Days Inn. It was a great bargain for the location to the airport and we took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Best Western take full advantage of their "airport location" to charge a primium price for this shabby lack-lusture hotel. There is no on-site laundry facility despite the fact that the customers are usually only staying over night to catch an early morning flight, instead clothes are sent to an outside contractor to be cleaned and this takes over 24 hours. I wouldn't stay here again.

Room on the small side but perfectly adequate for a short pre-flight stopover. Nice breakfast.
