Excellent location and very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Also had a very good dinner the first night at the hotel.

My husband became very ill during our stay and the staff were very helpful in calling an ambulance and being helpful. They rate top marks for kindness!

I would not recommend this hotel at all. The staff on reception were unbelievaby rude and unhelpful. The restaurant staff were very good but the food was poor. Extortionate phone bill and when I queried it they could not produce a tariff - none in the room either. Minibar prices also excessive. Only stay here if money no object and you don't mind paying over the odds

I have stayed here twice on trips to Prague. Pleasant hotel. Rooms fine, good size, bathroom spotless. Very good location, close to Old Town Square, main shopping areas etc. Good value for location and facilities.
