Great hotel. Will go back happily.

The location is a bit out of the city centre, however the actual hotel was worth it. It was friendly; the receptionists were very helpful. The breakfast (included) was excellent; a wide variety of food on offer at high quality. Overall, the rooms + the buffet breakfast were excellent value. The plants and flower arrangements were much appreciated. A member of our party was overwhelmed and impressed with that; the hotel's setting and atmosphere accentuates the beauty of nature in Hangzhou. The staff at the business centre were also extremely helpful and friendly, assisting us in buying our train tickets.
