New facility, very nice. Staff was professional and attentive. I needed a room upgrade due to the number of people we had in our party. Staff quickly arranged for a suite at a reasonable cost.

It was supposed to be a romantic vacation. I booked a deluxe room with king bed, instead got a double queen! When I made my complaint, still didn't gave me the room that I booked and payed for. Other than that, the hotel was very nice and clean.

We were grateful for the shuttle service to and from the trolley and the helpfulness of all the staff. We had easy access to all attractions we wanted to visit via trolley, bus and train for a cost of $20 per person, for the entire week. Because this area is under development, there are no convenience stores within walking distance, which would have been helpful.

Right off the freeway the hotel was just right for getting everywhere. You could not hear any freeway noise however. Pool was outdoors and looked great. . Rooms and hallways were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. No continental breakfast, but there was coffee in the lobby. Exercise equipment, computers, and WI-FI. were available. Overall good experience. I would stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel only for two nights and just for sleeping.
