This hotel missed twice in the wake-up calls. They do not have an automatic electronic wake-up system. The shifts didn't have clear take-over from one to another either. It happened twice among three different counter servants. They apologized but they just need a better methodology and management to improve this. Another thing I want to mention is that the price to airport by their shuttle taxi is not very clear to customer and the taxi drivers. Three hotel servants told me three different prices: $38, $35-40, and no idea. Shuttle driver on that day before leaving for airport asked me for $48 when I asked him how much. The hotel servant who told me $35-40 helped me to clarify the price to be $40. Probably that is just for that particular driver but I want you to be careful about the money you pay to the shuttle taxi who has business associated with this hotel.

It was a wonderful stay. Great rooms and services. Easily accessible to tourist sites.

The hotel is very well priced and the location is very convenient because it's walking distance to downtown and to the needle. Don't expect anything fancy though. Expect to hear policecars all through the night though. And there was sand in my bed, not sure exactly how that got there because the sheets did seem clean...
