Best Western La Solara Hotel Sorrento Guest Reviews
Superb hotel. Food, rooms, staff and facilities all excellent. Slightly inconvenient being out of the centre of Sorrento (although quieter), but free hotel shuttle bus every hour on the hour. Cannot fault the staff for helpfulness and attention to detail. They even offer free Italian lessons!

I did not find the staff particularly friendly. I paid extra (Euro10 X2) for a room with a balcony which we didn't receive. They tried to say that our window/doors opening out with a small clothes airer attached was a french balcony. It may have been but it was not what I perceived as a balcony. I had to really argue for a refund which I eventually got. Sunday night evening meal was excellent for Eur 30.00 each.
