Best Western Jaco Beach Resort Guest Reviews
The hotel was nice, clean, and one of the better hotels on Jaco's main strip. Had all the american style amenities you would expect in an american hotel. It was nice to stay there after staying at some other more traditional local hotels. Beach was nice. Great for surfing. Nice eggs and pancakes included each morning. This place is beach front, so no crossing a road to get to the beach. Dark sand beach. But still cool. Very safe and secure place to stay. I walked around town from my hotel freely, day and night.

Great breakfast buffet, nice rooms with good view, nobody on the fantastic beach, bus stops directly in front of the hotel! But: also if you don´t book "all inclusive" you are still stucked with the drinks on the "all inclusive list" - and those are not really great!

The hotel has a great location. The hotel is located right on the beach and there is good surfing. The grounds of the hotel are very nice and the buffet breakfast is really good. The drawback of this hotel are the rooms. The rooms badly need upgrading. The bathrooms are rundown. The showers are rusted.

The water was dirty, i went to take a bath and it was yellow. The pool was full of people who were not staying at the hotel

The hotel is a pretty good place to stay in Jaco as it is not in the centre of town and away from the chaos that can be Jaco on the weekend. For the most part it was good, but a lot of the staff who work there are rude and incompetent. Aside from the poor quality staff everything else about the hotel was Ok and recommendable.
