I had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and smelled very fresh. I will definitely be staying there on my next trip in the next couple of months. Tamika Arlington, TX

Good value for money, very close to MDW airport. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good basic amenities.

My experience was not postive. The towel rack fell apart after I removed a hand towel from it. Toilet would run after flushing until you jiggled the handle. I f you didn't stop the toilet from running, then water dripped down the side of tank and got the floor wet. Remote for TV did not work at all. TV did but not with remote. Thermostat did not appear to be working properly. Refrigerator's freezer had green mold growing in it. Continental breakfast was very ordinary. I will not book a reservation for this hotel again, nor will I ever recommend anyone to stay there. Price was lower than other hotels but he value definitely wasn't there. Best Western needs to have some one review this hotel; it's not up to their standards.

Good location and price to be near Chicago. For family outing, the surroundings were a little rough.
