Good Hotel and good price

A hotel with maybe some potential to improve, decour a bit dated as is general style. Surrounded by ever busy roads (Napoli!!) Long way out of centre 20mins by taxis on average, metro nearby but difficult with small kids. taxis rank opposite but pricey at times. Go for somthing more central and with a view. (Drivings not as bad as the reputation just a bit chaotic)
