Hotel had very hard & thin pillows! They also dont replace shampoo & soap. We couldnt sleep very well. But reception was excellent in their service & recommendations & it was a cute hotel, in a good location.

Hotel was beautiful and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location near the station and within walking distance of all major sites was excellent. Highly recommended.

My experience of Rivoli Hotel Florence was fantastic, especially as it came after one night at a hotel from hell. Needless to say I slept 10 hours in the comfort and security of this hotel. The breakfast was terrific and location fantastic. All staff were friendly and helpful. SWF Aussie traveller
