Single rooms are really tiny and not representative af a 4 star hotel.

I think we would have had a quieter night's sleep in a tent outside! Despite double glazing, we could hear everyone passing by outside, and their conversations, sirens, cars, scooters. We were on the ground floor, no idea whether higher floors are any better. It was conveniently located, we walked to everything with no problem.

A very friendly, clean hotel with helpful staff. But single rooms are very small and the showers are made for extremely slender people.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Staff very friendly and very good service in the mornings at the breakfast which was excellent. Would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Florence
