We were pleasantly surprised the quality of the room facilities, the comfort of the bed and the spacious bathroom facilities. The staff were very helpful. A suggestion that may help other future guests is more signage as to where the hotel is located. Hauling heavy suitcases amongst pedestrians and vehicles in a new place whilst looking for signs wasn't easy. I would imagine if it was raining this would add to the frustration. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and will be recommending your hotel to our friends. Thankyou and keep up the goodwork.

Only a couple of hotels within the fortified city. Best western is one of them, so location is great ! Rooms are simple, but very clean. Free Internet access by wifi.

Excellent hotel situated in the centre of Carcassonne's historic centre. Friendly staff and first class service, particularly with regard to car parking arangements which would otherwise have been a nightmare (the city is closed to traffic during the day).

We know the hotel from a previous visit and it was much the same - except that their car parking arrangements (there is a day-time curfew during which time yiou cannot enter the old town) were nopt as efficiently borganised as before.

If you want a decent quality hotel right in the centre of the old city then for value for money you will not do better than Le Donjon
