The room was very small. However, the included dinner buffet was welcomed in an otherwise very expensive city. The food wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst either.

The Clarion Collection Hotel Karlplan needs to be reclassified as a two-star at best! Rooms are not only small, but rather inadequate in terms of basic furnishings. Breakfast and dinner buffets so-so (nothing to write home about!). 'Machine' coffee was cold on at least one occasion! On a positive note, the staff at the front reception were very helpful and are indeed an asset to the Clarion Collection Hotel Karlaplan.

The hotel was recently opened so some of the taxi drivers had difficulties finding it. However, I have previously lived in Stockholm so I knew the way.

Very convenient location, and quite a good deal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend to others.
