Lovely, clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and practical. One of our shutters didn't work on the window but we were not worried enough to complain. Great, quiet location, a short walk from the 1st district. I have stayed here about 4 or 5 times now, and every time i have been very happy with the accommodation.

Excellent hospitality, service and value-for-money. This was our sixth winter visit. The hotel is conveniently situated, being close to the 40A bus route (for the Volksoper) and D tram (for the Belvedere, Schönberg Center, Staatsoper and shopping streets, Leopold Museum etc., and out to Heiligenstadt/Nussdorf for 38A to Kahlenberg)

large room and bathroom, breakfast was nice. A bit of a walk to the subway station.

Despite being located outside the ring it is easy to get to the inner stadt by tram, It is a reasonable and cosy hotel but lacks some basic amenities in the bedroom like a kettle, tea & coffee.
