Location
Hotel Galles is situated right next to Corso Buenos Aires, one of Milan's most important streets, playing host to prestigious companies and offering great shopping. Its convenient position allows guests to reach Piazza Duomo, Alla Scala Theatre, via Montenapoleone and the Fiera exhibition area.

Restaurant
Guests start their day in the large breakfast room, choosing the breakfast most suited to their needs. La Terrazza restaurant is located on the sixth floor of the hotel. It offers regional and Italian cuisine as well as variations on international dishes. The beautiful view over the city of Milan and the restaurant's sophisticated and discreet environment make it the ideal place for a business lunch or a candlelit dinner. General

Best Western Hotel Galles Guest Reviews
Less that minute walking from metro Lima. It's 10 minutes by metro to main attractions: Duomo Cathedral, Sforcesco Castle, Montenapoleone shops. Breakfast was included to price and I liked it. Also there is a gym, sauna and a small pool. Hotel is located at the corner of Corso Buenos Aires, but with windows to small street Frederico Ozanam with very few noise. And if you ask for a room with windows to yard, you'll have perfect sleeping. Room is tiny, though nice and clean. Actually, common areas need some renovation.... but it didn't spoil my impression about Best Western. Staff is helpful and very friendly.

Excellent old-world charm hotel, incl a creaking wardrobe; wonderful. Standard rooms are not large, but comfortable. The bathroom is a bit of a squeeze, particularly the shower. Location right next to the Metro is great. A bit noisy sometimes, but tolerable. Breakfast good but busy

We stayed at a nearby hotel after this one (3 days later) and the Galles was much more friendly and clean. My second time at this hotel - will go back there

the worst hotel i have ever stayed at, terrible service, very dirty rooms that look nothing like the picture. would never stay again!!

A clean hotel, however not in a nice area of Milan. Close to the train terminal, but felt quite uneasy walking to the hotel (only a 15 min walk). Staff were quite helpful, however didn't offer any alternative when the guest internet facility was not working. Unfortunately had an early train so can't comment on breakfast - we were given "breakfast in a box" which wasn't good.
