the rooms are very small.. but they are clean.. location is good..

Safe neighbourhood but too far from main areas of Paris and not close to the E. Tower or any main attractions. Walls are paper thin with NO soundproofing. Would not stay there again due to location. On the positive side the hotel featured great, very helpful, friendly, multi-lingual staff. Clean rooms, excellent plumbing and functioning elevator.

This hotel is close to the major sites yet far away from the usual tourists areas. The location of the Hotel is in a safe area.

The hotel staff spoke in FLUENT english which was extremely helpful especially in France. The room however was the smallest I have ever lived in at France. The bath barely allows you to fit in let alone bathe!!! The location however is very close to the Metro, get off at excelsior not StCLoud like they tell you to. There are a lot of college kids in the area which adds a lot of Life to the vicinity & an open Shopping Area for daily consumables! Avoid hotel if you're looking for space or something fancy. Great place if you're looking for a place to only sleep.
